Brazil: The 2026 Consumer Prioritizes Trust Over Price

According to NielsenIQ's Consumer Outlook 2026 report, 95% of Brazilian consumers say that brand trust is very important in their purchasing decisions. This data confirms that price is no longer the sole determining factor and that reputation has taken center stage in the selection process.

This shift directly impacts sectors like alcoholic beverages, where the decision is increasingly linked to experience, origin, and perceived product quality.

In this context, companies with a solid track record and rigorous production standards tend to stand out.

Today, the Weber Haus distillery has accumulated more than 180 national and international awards and exports to over 30 countries, establishing itself as a benchmark for high-end spirits in Brazil.

For Evandro Weber, the company's CEO, the new consumer profile reinforces the importance of building a long-term reputation.

“Today's consumer is more informed and more demanding. They want to understand the product's origin, how it's made, and the story behind the brand. Trust isn't built with isolated actions, but with consistency over time. Our commitment has always been to offer quality and maintain the essence of Weber Haus, because we know that this is what sustains the relationship with those who choose us.”
