Mexico: Tequila Patrón invests new resources to expand its plants in several cities

With an investment of 12 million euros, Tequila Patrón inaugurated the expansion of its facilities in the municipality of Atotonilco el Alto.

Since 2001, the company's total investment in the state has exceeded 150 million euros, generating nearly 4,000 direct and indirect jobs through the construction of a distillery, aging cellars, and infrastructure to ensure regulatory compliance in the vinasse treatment system and agave cultivation.

The new investments will be made in various areas, such as regulatory compliance following changes in the process water law through the newly installed treatment system.

In addition, bottling operations and the efficiency of the Patrón brand distilleries will be modernized.
