The collaboration combines Oobli’s plant-based sweet proteins with SIG’s aseptic filling and packaging systems to create shelf-stable drinks that do not require refrigeration. The companies aim to support beverage manufacturers with flexible formats and faster product development.
The partnership also focuses on delivering preservative-free products with longer shelf life and broad distribution potential, while responding to growing consumer demand for healthier options.
Formed within the MISTA ecosystem, the initiative will include joint development projects, pilot production and consumer testing across key markets.
