We are delighted to announce that Kelly Heyworth has joined First Key and will be stepping into the role of CEO at the end of 2025. Kelly brings over 30 years of hands-on global beer and beverage experience, having held senior executive roles in North America, Europe and Africa. Her background includes serving as Global Sales Vice President at Diageo and in senior leadership positions at AB InBev. Together, Kelly and Heather will work closely to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.
Kelly shared her excitement about the transition: “I am honoured to join First Key as CEO and to build on the strong foundation Heather and the team have created. First Key’s strength has always been its people; their expertise and their partnerships with clients that deliver long lasting impact. I look forward to working alongside our team and clients to shape the next horizon for the business."
Heather will remain closely involved with First Key in an advisory role supporting Kelly and the team.
