Chief Executive Officer Christoph Klenk will step down from the Board by mutual agreement following the Annual General Meeting on June 10, 2026. Thomas Ricker, a member of the Management Board since 2012, has been appointed as his successor, effective June 11, 2026.
In addition, two new appointments to the Management Board have been made effective July 1, 2026, with terms running until June 30, 2029. Bülent Bayraktar will take over responsibility for the Process and System Solutions division, while Reinhold Jung will head the International Operations and Services division.
The contract of Markus Tischer has also been extended by five years until December 31, 2031. As Chief Technology Officer, he will additionally assume responsibility for the Machines and Systems for Filling and Packaging Technology division.
