The new hub, Heineken Business Services India, strengthens the company’s global network of multifunctional centres, adding to existing locations in Poland, Mexico and Brazil. It also enhances Heineken's presence in Asia and supports operations across multiple markets.
The Hyderabad centre will focus on finance, digital and technology services, data analytics and business process transformation. It is expected to play a key role in improving efficiency and enabling more standardised, technology-driven ways of working across the group.
The expansion forms part of Heineken's plan to grow its global business services workforce to around 3,000 roles by 2030.
