Leche Gloria described the agreement as a very important step in the decision published by the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV). In that same statement, it indicated that the contract was signed with Backus Marcas & Patentes and Unión de Cervecerías Peruanas Backus.
"We will promptly inform the market of the fulfillment of the conditions precedent, as well as the closing date of the transaction and the change of the new operator of the San Mateo business to Leche Gloria," the company stated.
