A delegation led by Chairman Gong Jian visited Doemens Academy to receive tailor-made training from our brewing experts Dr. Michael Zepf and Florian Huber. The training programme covered topics such as yeast management, raw materials management and barrel maturation. In addition, the delegation took the opportunity to visit Doemens’ pilot plant facilities and laboratories.
Further cooperation is planned, with the aim of optimising the processes of the 500,000-hectolitre Zinnbach brewery as well as through further operational consulting on site in Jinan.
