This year, more than 4,500 industry professionals are expected to attend, with over 120 exhibitors showcasing 600+ brands across four pavilions totaling 7,000 m². Participants include multinational companies, start-ups, large and craft breweries, microbreweries, family distilleries, and craft producers from Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Italy.
The program features 22 lectures, debates, and panel discussions across four thematic areas: Business & Operations, Beverages & Categories, People & Culture, and AI & Technology. Key topics include the craft beer and non-alcoholic beer markets, emerging categories like kombucha and low-ABV drinks, artificial intelligence in gastronomy, coffee and wine market trends, and bartending techniques. Panels will also address mental health and inclusivity in the industry.
“The Prague Bar Show is a platform for the entire industry to openly discuss real challenges and opportunities—from legislation and margins to trends and operational realities,” said Martin Kraut, founder of the event.
Admission is strictly B2B. Attendees include owners, managers, and employees of bars, restaurants, hotels, bartenders, sommeliers, baristas, buyers, and distributors.
