This certification, also known worldwide as B Corp, confirms the soundness of the practices implemented. In the environmental area, the company is characterized by a robust management system applied both in its own operations and in certain supply chain processes. This includes the use of alternative and renewable energy sources, the measurement of the ecological footprint of companies and products, the implementation of a comprehensive waste management program, and the management of various aspects of biodiversity.

With this certification, Ron Barceló joins the 1,200 companies currently operating in Latin America and positions itself within a global network of more than 9,500 B Corporations in 102 countries. A total of six companies are certified in the Dominican Republic, making Ron Barceló the first beverage company in the country to receive this certification.
