Netherlands: Heineken Shareholders Approve Rafael Oliveira's Executive Board Appointment

Heineken has confirmed that its shareholders have approved Rafael Oliveira's appointment to the company's Executive Board, where he will take over as Chair and Chief Executive Officer later this year.

Heineken N.V. announced that its General Meeting of Shareholders has approved the appointment of Rafael Oliveira, known as Rafa, as a member of the Executive Board. Oliveira will become Chair of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer for a four-year term, taking up the role from 1 October 2026.
