Peru: Pisco Production Stable and Exports Growing

The National Society of Industries (SNI) stated that Pisco production remains almost at the same level as a year ago, and domestic consumption decreased by 3.6%. However, exports experienced a growth of 7.3%.

Regarding Pisco production between January and November 2025, it reached 5.9 million liters, meaning it remained practically the same as in 2024 with a growth of only 0.01%. However, from 2023 to 2024, production increased by 6.4%.

Regarding domestic and international sales, Pisco sales at the local level have declined: between January and November 2025, sales in the domestic market reached approximately 5 million liters, a 3.6% decrease compared to the same period in 2024, when an average of 5.2 million liters were sold.

However, Pisco exports experienced a 7.2% growth throughout 2025, increasing from 7.2 million liters in 2024 to 7.8 million liters.
