Oliveira joins HEINEKEN from JDE Peet’s, where he has served as CEO since 2024. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in the consumer goods sector, including senior management positions at JDE Peet’s, Kraft Heinz and Goldman Sachs.
According to the Supervisory Board, Oliveira was selected following a global search process due to his strong track record in strategic leadership, operational excellence and business transformation. HEINEKEN expects his appointment to support the execution of its EverGreen 2030 strategy and the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Until Oliveira takes office, HEINEKEN’s Executive Team will continue to manage the business and oversee the implementation of current strategic priorities.
