The transaction adds a world-class brand to A-B's Beyond Beer portfolio, which already includes Cutwater Spirits and NÜTRL Vodka Seltzer, two of the four fastest-growing brands in the U.S. RTD alcoholic beverage industry.
With the addition of BeatBox, Anheuser-Busch becomes the third-largest non-alcoholic beverage provider in the industry, with the fastest-growing non-alcoholic beverage portfolio.

With nearly 50% growth projected for 2025, BeatBox was the fifth fastest-growing brand in dollar sales in the U.S. soft drink industry.
Anheuser-Busch, announced on December 5, 2025, will acquire 85 % of BeatBox for a purchase price of up to approximately $ 490 million, with a plan to reach 100 % ownership after five years, based on a predetermined pricing formula.
