United States: Henrique Braun is the new CEO of Coca-Cola

The Board of Directors announced that Henrique Braun, current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will become the new global CEO effective March 31, 2026, replacing James Quincey, who will continue as Executive Chairman of the Board.

In a statement, the company explained that Braun will lead the next phase of global consolidation, focusing on technology, innovation, and sustainability to strengthen its market position. With three decades within the organization, Henrique Braun is considered one of the most experienced figures in the Coca-Cola system.

In his first remarks after the announcement, Braun expressed enthusiasm for the group's future: “I will focus on maintaining the momentum we have generated with our system. There are great opportunities in a constantly evolving global market.”
