Brazil: Heineken 0.0 is São Paulo's favorite non-alcoholic beer

Heineken 0.0 was named the best non-alcoholic beer by the residents of São Paulo, according to a survey conducted by market research agency Datafolha. The survey included 1,000 participants from both upper and lower social classes, and Heineken 0.0 beer garnered 40% of the votes.

Present in more then 190 countries, Brazil is Heineken's largest market and production center. Its unique and unmistakable flavor is the result of the exclusive A yeast, horizontal tank fermentation, and the pure malt process produced with green energy. In the case of Heineken 0.0, the production process is identical, with alcohol extraction only occurring in the final stage. The non-alcoholic beer version arrived in Brazil in 2020.

"This achievement reflects the trust and special relationship we have built over the years. Knowing that Heineken 0.0 reinforces our mission to be present in every heart and in every glass in Brazil, and also reinforces Brazil's great growth potential in the 0.0% category," said Maurício Giamellaro, CEO of the Heineken Group in Brazil.
