The 2026 edition will for the first time take place in the post-summer period and will feature a streamlined programme with fewer parallel sessions and a carefully curated selection of lectures, offering participants a high-quality experience.
Key themes will include brewing technology and innovation, raw materials such as hops, barley and malt, sustainability, digitalization and AI in production and quality, as well as advances in analysis and measurement science.
