Food packaging, automation and safety & analytics are also reporting very good registration levels. Beverage and dairy technology is among the most strongly represented segments, with participants including GEA, Krones, ALPMA, Flottweg, Omnia Technologies, Elecster, Flavourtech, Andritz, Tecnal, Kieselmann, Bertsch, Serac, Bucher Unipektin, Netzsch, Fristam Pumpen, Bardiani and Ecolab.
Confirmed exhibitors from other product areas include Handtmann, VEMAG, Weber, Fortifi, JBT Marel, Duravant, Multivac, Seydelmann and Baader, as well as Bizerba, Tomra, Heat and Control, Cabinplant, Hiperbaric, KUKA and Endress+Hauser. The fair covers technologies for the production and processing of food and beverages, extending through filling and packaging to storage.

International reach is also reflected in the country and regional pavilions. Group stands from China and Türkiye are already registered, along with participation from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark and the USA. The United Kingdom, Belgium and Taiwan will also have their own pavilions.
In 2024, 62 percent of exhibitors came from outside Germany. Italy, Türkiye, the USA, China, Spain and Belgium were among the ten most important countries of origin.
The 2027 edition focuses on technological solutions that help companies manage rising demands in food and beverage production. The technical programme, developed largely by the German Agricultural Society (DLG), links technological expertise with industrial application. New Community Hubs will offer additional opportunities to exchange ideas on smart production and sustainable solutions.
