The 50,000 m² campus will, for the first time, bring together manufacturing, R&D, application engineering, a Customer Solutions Center, supply chain and IT services under one roof. The 30,000 m² facility will produce a broad range of sealing solutions, including PTFE, polyurethane, mechanical face seals and rotary shaft seals for global industries.
An integrated R&D center with advanced laboratories will support rapid testing and development. The site will meet international standards such as AS/EN 9100, IATF 16949 and ISO certifications, serving sectors including automotive, aerospace, energy and semiconductors.
As the company says, the investment will create jobs, support regional economic growth and reinforce India’s role in global supply chains. By centralizing operations, Trelleborg aims to enhance collaboration, accelerate innovation and strengthen its position in existing and new markets, particularly aerospace.
