UNITED CAPS has appointed Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 18, 2026, as part of the company’s continued organisational development and long-term growth strategy.
Bruzzese brings 25 years of international experience in the automotive industry, with extensive expertise in injection moulding, product development, industrialisation and complex project management. Most recently, he served as R&D Centre Director at Novares in China. In his new role, he will lead UNITED CAPS’ Technology organisation, supporting the company’s ambitions to strengthen technical expertise, accelerate innovation and further enhance operational excellence in response to increasing market complexity and customer expectations.
